Neptune Radio: Featuring Captain Z. Episode One Part One
So, after I published Laughableness Volume Three I took a nice fat break. I took a trip with my brother back to the mid west, and I almost completely ignored my art. Well, I am now doing some animation, and some other strange shit. The animations should be surfacing shortly, but in the mean time, this is another project I have been working on lately. Through the miracle of having a day job, I met a man that goes by the name of Captain Z (Neptune Radio). I thought the guy was a genius. So I told him I would record him and edit together some of the ideas he has for his radio show. So, here is Captain Z. Neptune Radio.

This Is The End, Beautiful Friend...
I am finished with Laughableness Volume 3! I just got it back from the printer, and I am ready to head up to APE! I will have some for sale on the blog here after the weekend. I intentionally left five pages out of the blog, so you have to buy the issue to get every tender morsel. This is the back page, enjoy.
Thanks Joe. Thanks Lo.

Laughableness Industries Will Attend APE 2010!
So, if you are in the San Fransisco area, and are going to be at The Alternative Press Expo stop by good ol' table 548A! Some guy from APE called me yesterday in regards to my program listing. I had written that I was offering "Free snacks, and free hugs" He said "You can't give away free food, because the venue is supplying a snack bar. I mean, you can give out snacks, but you'll probably get fined."
I think the event program has already been printed. If it is printed that I have "snacks" I will have to just collect people's address' and send them some sort of snack after the event.
SEE YOU IN THE 500 BLOCK!!!!

It's been a few months....
It's been a while since I uploaded anything, but that doesn't mean I haven't been working hard to get the "Laffs" out to my adoring public. A few months ago I advertised that the next issue would be done in April. Whoops! Dropped the ball on that one. But, I am going to APE in San Fransisco in October, so if it's not done by then, you can come check out my empty table.

Old Stuff From volume Two.
I am getting close to running out of the first edition printing of my first two comics. I am debating printing them again, so I think I am going to put the "cream" up from the first couple of hilarious issues of "Laughableness".

Self Indulgent Autobiography, and Other News.
Over the past year or so I have been collecting and writing stories of the years that I lived in Kenosha Wisconsin. I got about 150 pages into it, and now I am throwing in the towel. Most of the stories are pretty good on an individual basis, but it was starting to turn in to a book that I would put down if I was reading it. I was starting to be some kind of "bragging rights" story. "Look at how many drugs I'm doing!" , or "Look at how much I can drink!" or, "Lets break everything I own!" "Hey everyone, look at how loud I can yell!" "Look at the fancy new way I can twist my balls up and call it something funny!"
I might in the future write and illustrate some of these stories, but for the mean time it's just not the direction I want to be going in. So thanks to Chris Nugent, Correy Ladd, Jon Green, Scott Cherry, Dustin Hoffman, Joe Goforth, Steve Hotz, and everyone else who helped me write this thing out. If anyone that was there wants to do this massive undertaking, I would be willing to give up what I alread have, but this is a lot of work. That's why I gave up on it.
On the other hand, I did write an illustrate a short autobiographical piece about how dumb I was in grade school. This is for Laughableness Volume 3, Which is dropping in April!

Poofiee' Print
These are hand painted prints. Series of 20. Eleven have sold, only $20.00 11"X15"Other Colors available.

Hello my millions of fans...
A lot of people try to give me ideas for comics. I won't bore you with all of the really fucking whacked out idea's for comics I've received over the years, but I write them ALL down. Good or bad, I have never illustrated anything anyone has ever given me. So a few months ago I was getting a coffee and the kid behind the counter gives me this:

He asked "do you think it's funny?" and I said "yes it's funny, there's a dick right there." So I told him I would illustrate it.

It wasn't until I finished this vibrant piece of comic hilarity that I realized that the kid "Owen" wasn't some random name, but a different kid working at the same coffee shop. I still think the original is better than mine.

Laughable forgoteness.
This comic was intended for the first issue, but then Jon Green spilled green beer on it on St. Patrick's day. So, I never used it. The green beer has faded now. It is painful for me to read again, but this one is for the true fans. enjoy.
